Job summary

OYO in Jaipur is seeking a Transformation Lead Hospitality to oversee property transformations from feasibility to go-live. You will conduct audits, estimate costs and timelines, and align owners on scope to ensure smooth execution across multiple properties.

The role requires 3–7 years of civil engineering experience, with hospitality exposure considered a plus. You will source and manage vendors, track TAT, and uphold safety and quality standards during transformations.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of civil specs used in hospitality.
• Ability to prepare BOQs and define clear scopes of work.
• Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• 3–7 years of experience is mandatory; hospitality exposure is a plus.
