Job summary

  • Excellent organization and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in performing financial due diligence on middle-market companies across industries.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings for engagement teams.
  • Create draft reports for management review and discussion.
  • Research issues that arise during engagements and contribute to deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business or qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Assurance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
  • Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills
  • Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
