Job summary

Baker Tilly One - India LLP is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to service clients with cloud-based transactions and financial reporting. You will work on month-end closes and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial statements.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, familiarity with US GAAP/Ind AS, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred.
• Passion for learning and using technology to deliver high-quality client service.

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of US GAAP/Ind AS, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while also managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
