Job summary

SolarSquare Energy is seeking a Training Coordinator to upskill Project Engineers and Operations teams across India. You will design and deliver training programs, create engaging materials, and ensure knowledge transfer aligns with business goals.

Proficiency with MS Office tools and Canva is a plus, with occasional travel to sites. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, monitor program effectiveness, and maintain training content for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
• Prior experience in training or process coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for Project Engineers and Operations team members.
• Deliver training online and offline as required by business needs.
• Prepare engaging training sessions, presentations, and learning materials.
