You will work across a diverse range of projects, including product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, customer success stories, social media content, training materials, and employer branding. Accountabilities

• Video Production and Editing: Edit high-quality promotional, educational, corporate, and product videos, balancing speed, creativity, and technical precision.

• Product Demonstrations: Produce clear and engaging product demos, feature walkthroughs, and explainer videos that communicate product capabilities and value.

• Brand and Marketing Content: Create customer success stories, case study videos, social media campaigns, recruiting content, employer branding videos, and internal communications.

• Training and Educational Materials: Develop instructional videos, onboarding resources, and internal training content that make information accessible and engaging.

• Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and animate titles, transitions, icons, infographics, branded introductions and outros, logo animations, and other motion assets.

• Creative Storytelling: Transform scripts, concepts, and rough briefs into compelling visual narratives by selecting appropriate pacing, music, graphics, transitions, and visual effects.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and the expectations of the intended audience.

• AI-Assisted Production: Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate editing, generate visual assets, improve workflows, and enhance the quality and efficiency of video production.

• Collaboration and Revisions: Participate in project briefings, collaborate with designers and copywriters, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and deliver revisions promptly.

• Multi-Platform Delivery: Export and optimize video assets for different platforms, channels, and formats while maintaining appropriate quality standards.

• Asset and Project Management: Organize source files and project assets, maintain version control, follow naming conventions, and ensure files are easy for colleagues to locate and reuse.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content efficiently in a high-volume environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects, including product demonstrations, explainer videos, corporate and brand videos, social media campaigns, motion graphics, and training or educational content.

• Portfolio requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio to be considered. Before-and-after editing examples are encouraged where available.

• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, visual storytelling, pacing, sound editing, color correction, and visual effects.

• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is preferred, along with a basic understanding of Figma.

• Experience with Canva AI tools or comparable AI-powered creative applications is an advantage.

• Familiarity with one or more AI-assisted content creation tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Canva AI, Veo, or similar video and image generation technologies.

• Ability to translate scripts, creative briefs, and rough concepts into polished, engaging visual content with minimal supervision.

• Strong creative judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve storytelling, visual impact, and production efficiency.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects without compromising quality.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a receptive approach to feedback and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
