Amazon India ASSPL - Maharashtra, C32 seeks a Training Specialist to support last mile operations by developing and delivering training programs that boost employee competencies and align with company values. Travel for business requirements is required.

Key responsibilities include managing learning metrics, delivering sessions on new processes, maintaining data in Excel reports, and coordinating with operations leaders to close gaps quickly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory.
• Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the territory.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and ITL/digital learning; deliver courses as ongoing training.
• Maintain data and analysis in Excel reports as required.
• Ensure completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs on time.
• Partner with operations leaders during station audits to fix gaps quickly.
• Identify learning coaches and certify them.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Drive Quality & Learning metrics; conduct chime and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
• Track daily business metrics and plan visits to mapped stations for metric improvement.

Key job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

A day in the life

• - Track the day to day business metrics and plan to visit the mapped stations for metric improvement
• - Daily Reporting's and progress updates
• - Involve and engage well with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities

Basic Qualifications

• - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• - Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience using using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
