Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Training Specialist in India, focusing on Last Mile operations learning. The role supports training programs to boost employee competencies, improving workplace performance in line with Amazon's values.

The candidate will develop and conduct effective training, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement. The position requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience delivering training to associates and team leads.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region.
• Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and delivery of training (BQM/Digital learning).
• Maintain data and analyses through reports in Excel.
• Ensure completion of new hire training, coaching, and other performance programs on time.
• Partner with operations leaders during station audits to fix gaps quickly.
• Identify learning coaches and certify them.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance business performance.

Job Responsibilities
