Amazon's Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations trainings and boost employee competencies. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, aligning with Amazon's leadership principles, and traveling for business requirements.

You will monitor learning metrics, partner with operations leaders, and run classroom and chime sessions to improve performance across the assigned territory.

Key job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
2. 2. Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory.
3. 3. Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
4. 4. Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)
5. 5. Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
6. 6. Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.
7. 7. Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.
8. 8. Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.
9. 9.Drive Quality & Learning metrics
10. 10.Conducting chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stake holders

A day in the life

• - Track the day to day business metrics and plan to visit the mapped stations for metric improvement
• - Daily Reporting's and progress updates
• - Involve and engage well with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
