Amazon's Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations trainings for the Last Mile vertical. The role involves developing and delivering effective training programs to boost employee competencies and workplace performance, with travel for business requirements.

The position emphasizes collaboration with station leaders and stakeholders, and requires staying current with the latest techniques and tools in training delivery, including Excel and PowerPoint content

Formación

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience delivering training to Associates and TL level employees.

Responsabilidades

• Identify knowledge gaps and propose training interventions.
• Support AMZL and EDSP stations to meet business goals.
• Track training performance across territory and region.
• Oversee learning metrics and outcomes for the assigned territory.
• Deliver ITL or digital learning sessions and continuous training.
• Maintain data and reports in Excel per business requirements.
• Ensure completion of new hire training and coaching programs on time.
• Audit stations with operations to fix process gaps promptly.
• Identify and certify learning coaches.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions.

Overall responsibility include boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance the employee’s workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values to meet the goal of organization. This role requires to travel for business requirements.

• Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
• Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals.
• Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions.

• Always be up to date with the latest techniques, tools, and processes.
• Own to support territory specific or zonal projects.
• Drive in quality & learning related metrics
• Hold a strong hand in excel, PPT, AI tool content making, Email writing
• Build strong connect with stakeholders and support in shaping business by proactively offering visibility on recurring outliers.
• Keeping business and stakeholders updated about all the training interventions.

Key job responsibilities

• Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
• Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals.
• Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions.
• Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
• Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory.
• Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
• Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)
• Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
• Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.
• Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.
• Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.
• Drive Quality & Learning metrics
• Conducting chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stake holders

A day in the life

• Track the day to day business metrics and plan to visit the mapped stations for metric improvement
• Involve and engage well with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities
• Offer visibility on daily reporting's and progress updates

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and delivering training/information to Associates and TL level employees
