Job description

The Training Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati.

Responsibilities include coordinating campus placement activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with recruiters and industry partners, developing effective training programs to enhance students' employability, and conducting skills development workshops.

The Training Placement Officer will also collaborate with faculty and students to prepare students for recruitment processes, including resume building, soft skills, and interview preparation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Campus Placement coordination and College Recruiting activities
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to establish and manage relationships with recruiters and students
• Experience in conducting comprehensive Training and Soft Skills development sessions
• Organizational and leadership abilities to effectively manage placement processes and events
• Ability to analyze industry trends and align student skill development with market demands
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; a master's degree is preferred
• Experience in higher education or campus placement is an advantage
