Roles and Responsibilties

• 1.Client Acquisition: Researching and gathering information about job fairs and relevant recruitment advertisements.
• 2.Collaboration: Working closely with employers, and industry partners to pinpoint job opportunities for students.
• 3.Relationship Development: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to grasp their hiring needs and preferences.
• 4.Needs Assessment: Identifying the needs and expectations of companies to help them recruit the most suitable candidates.
• 5. Placement Coordination: Managing the placement process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating job offers, and monitoring placement outcomes.
• 6.Networking: Organizing and participating in career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to promote placement opportunities and foster relationships.
• 7. Record: Maintain the record of the executive students of their past experience, CTC, Notice period, skills, roles and responsibility and accordingly help them with the final placement.
