Job summary

Sentinels Security is seeking a candidate with a strong background in training security personnel. The role focuses on imparting PSARA-compliant training, overseeing monthly on-site programs, and preparing training materials and reports.

The ideal candidate has a defense background, is physically fit, and proficient in MS Office. Residency in the Faridabad area is preferred, with responsibilities including supervising new unit deployments and conducting security readiness exercises at client

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in training of security personnel per PSARA norms.
• Retired military/paramilitary personnel with defense background preferred.
• Physically fit with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email handling.

Responsibilities

• Impart training to recruited security personnel as per PSARA norms.
• Ensure client satisfaction on all aspects of safety & security related training.
• Plan, monitor and keep records of monthly on-site training and new joiners – enrollment and training.
• Issue monthly Training Programs (MS Word).
• Make monthly Training reports (PowerPoint).
• Oversee taking over of new units for deployment.
• Supervise/conduct Fire Mock drill, evacuation practices, audit of security deployment at sites and site surveys for new proposals for deployment.

Role & responsibilities

We are a company specializing in security guarding services for the last 44 years . We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in training of security personnel and having the following exposure:-

• Imparting training to the recruited security personnel as per the PSARA norms
• To ensure client satisfaction on all aspects of safety & security related training.
• Plan, monitor and keep record of monthly On site training and new joiners - enrollment and Training.
• Issue monthly Training Programs (MS Word).
• Make monthly Training reports (Power point).
• To oversee taking over of new units for deployment.
• To be able to supervise / conduct Fire Mock drill, evacuation practices, audit of security deployment at sites and site surveys for new proposals for deployment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Retired JCO / Warrant Officer / Petty Officer / Sargent / Senior NCO from the armed forces (Army, Navy or Airforce), Para Military Forces or related sectors with defense background.
• Individuals who are physically fit, possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Should be good in use of computers in office work like, MS Excel, MS Word and MS power point, Emails.
• Resident of Faridabad
