Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance invites applications for Sr. Training Manager / Area Training Manager / Training Manager roles. The position reports to Regional Training Manager and is part of Sales - Training within Life Insurance.

You will impart training to FLS & USMs to upgrade job knowledge, develop skills, and execute induction and periodic interventions across recruitment and selling skills, impacting productivity in the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales teams
• Ability to manage training across a large geography and distributors
• Familiarity with training management concepts and record-keeping systems

Responsibilities

• Implementation and coverage of training architecture to ensure desired learning to happen
• Conduct all training programs as per architecture for employees
• Conduct variety of training programs as per varied and periodic need of distributors
• Ensure timely updates in STMS for right record keeping
• Support sales team in building engagement and mind share with distributors
• Engage with distributors to identify gaps & opportunities. Link them with BSLI objectives and provide learning interventions to build mind share
• Support with insights on competitive products
• Product launches
• Focus constantly on self development and invest in skill enhancement.
