IHFL is seeking a skilled Training professional to develop and execute comprehensive training programs across Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage and Gold Loan domains. You will lead induction sessions, assess skill gaps, and collaborate with Business, Operations and HR teams to improve branch performance and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in gold appraisal, loan processing, and customer service with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage and Gold Loan operations and product knowledge.
• Strong ability to conduct training on gold appraisal, loan processing, compliance and customer service.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in capability building, employee development and driving performance across multiple branches.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of Gold Loan policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in capability building, employee development, and driving performance improvement across multiple branches.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
