Job summary

Health Prime International in Vadodara is seeking an experienced Training Leader to design and drive training strategies across the organization. You will develop curricula, oversee LMS-based programs, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training with a focus on compliance and quality in an RCM environment.

You will lead a team of 6-8 trainers, collaborate with Operations and Quality teams, and ensure training impact through assessments and feedback.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream with good communication skills.
• Minimum 1.6 years of experience leading a Training team in an RCM setup.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess training impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, virtual and classroom-based.

• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to strengthen trainer capability.

Job description

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance training strategies and curricula for new hire and ongoing training.
• Create and manage training schedules, training materials, digital learning modules, and LMS-based training programs, ensuring effective deployment and tracking.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct and lead instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and classroom-based.
• Ensure training content aligns with compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.) and client expectations.
• Manage new hire training batches and ensure completion of all onboarding and training activities.

Performance Evaluation & Feedback

• Define assessment criteria, monitor trainee progress, and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to implement targeted learning interventions.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Operations, Quality, and ER teams to address process challenges through training initiatives.
• Incorporate operational feedback, quality insights, and real-life examples into training programs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6-8 Process Trainers.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen trainer capability and effectiveness.
