Job summary

Expersia is seeking a Training Executive to plan, organize, and deliver technical and operational training for fuel automation systems. The role focuses on installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance training for field service engineers and partners.

You will develop training modules, manuals, SOPs, and conduct programs across installation, service, and support teams, including on-site sessions for project deployments.

Responsibilities

• Training Planning & Development: identify training needs for field service engineers and develop modules.
• Technical Training Delivery: conduct programs for installation, service, and support teams.
• Onboarding & Skill Development: train new field service engineers and organise refresher trainings.
• Documentation & Evaluation: maintain records, gather feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Field & Customer Training: provide on-site training and support major project installations.

Job Summary

• The Training Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering technical and operational training related to fuel automation systems for field service engineers.
• The role ensures that staff and partners are properly trained on installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fuel automation equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Planning & Development
• Identify training needs for field service engineer.
• Develop technical training modules related to fuel automation systems, hardware, and software.
• Prepare training manuals, presentations, user guides, and SOPs.
• Technical Training Delivery
• Conduct training programs for installation engineers, service engineers, and support teams.
• Provide product training for new fuel automation systems, controllers, sensors, and software platforms.
• Train field service engineer on system operation and troubleshooting.
• Onboarding & Skill Development
• Conduct training for new field service engineer.
• Organize periodic refresher training for service and support teams.
• Support skill development programs for field engineers.
• Documentation & Evaluation
• Maintain training records, attendance, and training reports.
• Collect feedback from service engineers and incorporate improvements in training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Update training materials whenever there are product upgrades or new features.
• Field & Customer Training:
• Provide training to field service engineer on the usage of fuel automation systems.
• Support major project installations with on-site training if required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics and Coomunication, Instrumentation, MCA, BCA, Msc IT Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in technical training, service engineering, or product training in fuel automation, electronics, or industrial automation companies.
