Job summary

Adani Transmission (ATL) seeks a seasoned trainer to lead port, logistics, and cargo-handling training across our operations.

You will design modules, deliver hands-on sessions on cranes, forklifts, and safety compliance, and ensure adherence to IMO, ISPS, and ILO standards. Collaboration with HR and operations, and continuous material updates to reflect tech and regulatory changes will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with 5+ years as a trainer in ports/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of port operations, equipment handling, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on port operations, cargo handling, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Deliver safety and compliance training covering hazardous materials, emergency response, and environmental standards.
• Provide hands-on instruction for equipment operation (cranes, forklifts, reach stackers).
• Design training modules tailored to regulatory needs and industry best practices.
• Update training materials as technology and regulations evolve.
• Assess trainee performance via tests and simulations; report outcomes to management.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and external training providers; coordinate with agencies.

Qualifications Experience

• Bachelor s degree or diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience as a trainer in ports, shipping, or logistics industries.
• Strong knowledge of port operations, equipment handling, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and simulation-based training tools.
