They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Training Superintendent to join their team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive maritime training programmes for both seagoing and shore-based personnel, ensuring training remains aligned with company objectives, quality standards and industry requirements. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing training courses, evaluating and assessing seafarers, developing the annual training plan, maintaining training equipment and simulators, supporting internal and external audits, and continuously improving training programmes, facilities and quality systems. The role will also involve working closely with operational, technical and crewing departments, participating in crew seminars, collaborating with external training providers and undertaking vessel visits or sailing assignments to maintain practical industry knowledge.
