Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Training Coordinator to join our team at Bodycraft Salon Spa and Clinic. This on‑site role, based in Bangalore Urban, involves managing and coordinating training programs, developing training curriculums, and ensuring the seamless execution of employee development initiatives. You will work closely with various teams and trainers to ensure training objectives are achieved, maintain training records, and measure the effectiveness of learning programs.

• Strong expertise in conducting and managing Employee Training sessions
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Training & Development, or a related field
• Previous experience in the salon, spa, or wellness industry would be an advantage
