Urban Company is seeking a Training Manager to build high-quality service capability across the zone by owning the training, grooming, and performance enablement of salon professionals in the Beauty category.
You will coach city-level trainers, set SOPs, evaluate batches, and drive quality improvements through data-driven coaching across multiple cities.
