We are seeking a Training Delivery Lead to conduct product training, develop content, and support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and partner enablement across regions. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and program design skills, with a Graduate degree; MBA or Training & Development

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Account Management.
• Deliver onboarding training for new employees.
• Conduct virtual, classroom, and hybrid training programs.
• Provide training to global travel partners and agents.
• Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and user guides.
• Develop video tutorials and e-learning modules.
• Maintain updated training documentation and knowledge repository.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Account Management.
• Deliver onboarding training for new employees.
• Conduct virtual, classroom, and hybrid training programs.
• Provide training to global travel partners and agents.

Product Knowledge Management

• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and booking systems.
• Act as Product Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Stay updated with system upgrades, new releases, and product enhancements.

Training Content Development

• Prepare training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and user guides.
• Develop video tutorials and e-learning modules.
• Maintain updated training documentation and knowledge repository.

Training Needs Analysis

• Identify knowledge gaps through feedback and performance review.
• Customize training modules based on departmental requirements.
• Support product launches with structured training rollouts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with Product, Technology. Operations, and HR teams.
• Align training initiatives with business goals.
• Support change management initiatives related to product updates.

Evaluation & Reporting

• Conduct assessments and certification programs.
• Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
