We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry, with expertise in designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our recruitment professionals. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in onboarding new hires, conducting ongoing training sessions, and supporting the continuous development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of recruitment professionals.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions for new hires, covering recruitment processes, tools, and industry-specific knowledge.
• Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of existing staff, including advanced recruitment techniques, DEI initiatives, and leadership development.
• Use a variety of training methods (in-person, virtual, workshops, etc.) to cater to different learning styles.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to support their professional growth.
• Analyse training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with HR, recruitment managers, and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Support the onboarding process by mentoring new hires and helping them integrate into the company culture.
