Job summary

Athena BharatJobs is seeking a Trainer - Machine Shop at our Kothur Plant in Hyderabad. The role requires strong training delivery in CNC machine shop, with good command of English and Hindi, Telugu preferred, and BE in mechanical engineering preferred.

The trainer will develop robust training material, coordinate with multiple departments, support recruitment interviews, and work with the quality team to measure impact of training on shop performance.

Qualifications

• BE preferred (Mechanical Engineering).
• Good communication in English and Hindi; Telugu preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machine shop and CNC machines.
• Foundry, Casting, Fettling and Machining knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust training material and ensure employee adherence to it.
• Assist in recruitment processes to interview candidates on technical skills and knowledge.
• Plan, schedule, and train various departments with stakeholder coordination to upgrade quality.
• Work closely with the quality team to monitor the impact of training and tangible benefits.
• Ensure proper and timely planning of training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Maintain the training & development MIS of all plant operations and share it with the HOD.
