Job summary

NIIT Foundation seeks a capable Training Lead to manage a team of technical trainers and ensure high-quality delivery of skill development programs across batches. The role involves coaching, batch planning, and logistics coordination to minimize dropouts and improve learner outcomes.

You will design curricula, identify training needs, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content, while closely monitoring quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of trainers or educators.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and monitor training delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of technical trainers to deliver high-quality training.
• Plan daily training sessions and manage batch scheduling and logistics.
• Develop curricula and identify training needs with SME collaboration.
• Monitor training quality, conduct reviews, and implement improvements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support training initiatives.
• Manage training budgets and allocate resources efficiently for ROI.
• Track training metrics and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Support placement activities and coordinate with placement teams.

Job Description

eam Management:

• Manage and guide a team of technical trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions.
• Trainer deployment for batches and load management of the Trainer
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to trainers to enhance their skills and performance
• Minimizing Dropouts

Session Delivery Planning:

• Plan, organize, and ensure effective execution of training sessions on a daily basis
• Ensure timely scheduling of batches , venue arrangement, and logistics management

Capacity Building:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and abilities of trainers and participants.
• Identify training needs and arranging training and design programs to address gaps and improve overall performance
• Identifying the need of courses to be offered to offer relevant Program to beneficiaries
• Design, develop, and update training curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative content

Quality Assurance (adherence of QMS )

• Fortnightly review of trainers on contents coverage to address slippages and leakages
• Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure high-quality delivery and effectiveness
• Implement quality control measures to maintain standards and improve continuously
• Random check of classes
• Students feedback

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance training capabilities
• Arranging Subject expert/Industry expert sessions
• Arranging PTM of all the batches

Budgeting and Resource Management:

• Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient utilization and ROI
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to support training initiatives

Reporting and Analytics:

• Track and analyse training metrics to measure effectiveness and impact
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to demonstrate value and progress

Placements:

• Students profiling to ensure readiness for job
• Support to placement team for offering placement drives. Ensuring all eligible candidates are attending interviews
