Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a skilled Trainer II to join our Bengaluru team. The role requires 2–7 years of training and development experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

You will develop and deliver training programs, assess needs, design learning strategies, and evaluate outcomes while mentoring junior trainers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content and leverage e-learning tools to enhance learning
