Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• HRCI/SHRM certification preferred (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
• Prior teaching or training experience with a passion for education and student success.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and effectively deliver training in both classroom and online environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and LMS, where applicable.

Requirements

• Prior teaching or training experience, with a strong passion for education and student success.
