Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring engineers on Civil Engineering and Land Survey projects while ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for:
  
• Land Development projects
  
• Land Survey projects
  
• Conduct training on:
  
• Drainage Analysis
  
• Utility Design
  
• Parking & Lot Design
  
• Pond Design
  
• Topographic & Boundary Surveys
  
• ALTA Surveys
  
• As-Built Drawings
  
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development
  
• Review trainee work and provide constructive feedback
  
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate learning progress and readiness
  
• Continuously update training materials in line with:
  
• Industry best practices
  
• Environmental regulations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with senior engineering teams to identify skill gaps
