Indovance Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra, invites applications for a Civil Engineering graduate as Land Survey Engineer. The position requires 0-1 years of design experience and a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with exposure to land surveying projects (USA).

You will work from Pune on projects for residential and commercial sectors. Stay updated with Civil 3D/Carlson Survey, deliver plans meeting codes, and manage projects to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 0-1 years of design experience.
• Experience in land survey projects (USA).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Create boundary and topographic plans, ALTA plans, and as-built plans; process point clouds.
• Work on residential and commercial project designs.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and codes/standards.
• Apply civil land surveying principles and manage projects to meet timelines.
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers.
• Conduct client meetings.

Position objective:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Good Boundary and Topographic plan, ALTA plan, As built plan, Point cloud data processing.
• Experience in working of Residential and commercial projects.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of civil Land Surveying principles and practices.
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations.
• Providing technical support to graduate engineers.
