Job summary

Indovance Private Limited in Pune seeks a Civil Land Surveying Engineer to stay current with Civil 3D and Carlson Survey, deliver boundary/topographic plans, and support residential and commercial projects in line with client requirements and standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, client meetings, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring on-time project delivery and adherence to USA-drafting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of design experience.
• Previous experience in drafting - Land Surveying projects. (USA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Good Boundary and Topographic plan, ALTA plan, As built plan, Point cloud data processing.
• Experience in working of Residential and commercial projects.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of civil Land Surveying principles and practices.
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations.
• Providing technical support to graduate engineers,
• Conduct meetings with the client.
