Job summary

NIIT Foundation in India seeks a dedicated trainer to deliver BPO training per curriculum, develop learners' communication, workplace etiquette, digital literacy and employability skills. You will use role plays, case studies and activities to keep sessions engaging and job-relevant.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline.
• Training of Trainers certification desirable.
• Candidates with strong BPO experience and an appropriate diploma may be considered.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and activity-based training.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; local language knowledge desirable.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, online learning platforms and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to assess learners objectively and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong mentoring, counseling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with training, mobilization, placement and project teams.

• Maintain training equipment, resources and classroom infrastructure responsibly.

Placement Support

• Prepare learners for interviews, group discussions and workplace interactions.
  

• Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback.
  

• Coordinate with the placement team to assess learners’ job readiness.
  

• Share accurate learner profiles, assessment results and placement recommendations.
  

• Follow up with placed learners and support their workplace retention.
  

Curriculum and Quality

• Provide feedback on the relevance and effectiveness of training content.
  

• Participate in trainer-development programs, reviews and standardization exercises.
  

• Ensure compliance with NIIT Foundation’s training standards, safeguarding requirements and organizational policies.
  

• Maintain training equipment, learning resources and classroom infrastructure responsibly.
  

Requirements
