Role Description

The Trainer role at Entire Skill is a full-time, on-site position based in Punjab, India. The Trainer will design and deliver technology-focused training sessions, workshops, and labs aligned with Entire Skill’s curriculum and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, teaching core programming and development concepts, mentoring learners on real-time projects, and providing constructive feedback on assignments and code quality. The Trainer will collaborate with the training and development teams to update course content, integrate new tools and frameworks, and ensure that learners become job-ready software professionals. The role also involves tracking learner progress, conducting assessments, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming and development domains such as Java Full Stack, Python, Angular or modern frontend frameworks, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
• Practical experience with backend development (e.g., Spring Boot, REST APIs), database technologies, and common software development practices.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, design structured lesson plans, and facilitate interactive, project-based learning.
• Experience mentoring or training students or professionals, including guiding real-time projects, reviewing code, and providing actionable feedback.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt teaching styles to different skill levels.
• Comfort working with industry tools such as version control systems (e.g., Git), IDEs, and collaboration platforms used in modern software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications or teaching experience are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Punjab, India, maintain a professional learning environment, and collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions.
