Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Java Full Stack development and/or training.
• Experience delivering training to students or professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
• Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud tech are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training on Java Full Stack technologies in online and offline modes.
• Design and update course content, presentations, assignments, and hands‑on labs.
• Conduct practical coding sessions, live demos, and project‑based learning.
• Mentor students in building real‑world applications and capstone projects.
• Evaluate learners through assessments, coding tests, and mock interviews.
• Resolve technical queries during doubt‑clearing sessions and track progress.
• Maintain attendance and performance reports and collaborate with teams for smooth delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem and modern web technologies.

About the Role
