Job summary

Ethnus invites an experienced Training Excellence Lead – Software Engineering to oversee training deployment and delivery across Java DS&A, Java/Python/MERN/.NET Full Stack, and Mobile App Development tracks in Vellore. You will schedule sessions, deploy trainers, ensure lab quality, and coordinate with colleges to drive successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in Java and DS&A, proficiency in at least two tech areas, and prior experience training or mentoring technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of: Java, Python, MERN stack, .NET Full Stack.
• Working experience in Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks).
• Prior experience training, mentoring, or reviewing technical trainers is strongly preferred.
• Ability to design and evaluate labs, assignments, and project-based assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage training deployment and delivery execution for Software Engineering tracks across Java DS&A, Java/Python/MERN/.NET Full Stack, and Mobile App Development.
• Prepare trainer schedules and manage deployment across locations; conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Guide and review content, labs, assignments, and projects for the Software Engineering curriculum.
• Track syllabus completion, assessments, feedback, and student performance for assigned tracks.
• Coordinate with colleges and internal teams on delivery status; conduct college visits and follow-up actions.
• Review training performance and college satisfaction; participate in major college visits and stakeholder meetings; support trainer capacity planning and monthly improvement plans.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Training Excellence Lead – Software Engineering to manage training deployment and delivery execution for our Software Engineering tracks, covering Java Data Structures & Algorithms, Java / Python / MERN / .NET Full Stack, and Mobile App Development. This role reports to the Lead – Technical Training Department and is responsible for scheduling, trainer deployment, quality tracking, and college coordination within this skill area.

Training Delivery & Deployment

Prepare trainer schedules and manage deployment across locations for Software Engineering tracks.

Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for trainers within Java DS & Algorithms, Java/Python/MERN/.NET Full Stack, and Mobile App Development.

Guide and review content, labs, assignments, and projects for the Software Engineering curriculum.

Tracking, Quality & Coordination

Track syllabus completion, assessments, feedback, and student performance for assigned tracks.

Manage routine communication with colleges and internal teams on delivery status.

Conduct operational college visits and follow up on action items.

Shared Responsibilities

Review training performance and college satisfaction.

Participate in major college visits and stakeholder meetings as required.

Support planning of trainer capacity and upcoming training requirements.

Contribute to monthly reports and improvement plans.

Requirements
