Job summary

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) seeks dedicated Trainers to deliver employability programs in Retail, Digital Marketing, BFSI, Advanced Excel, Power BI, AI, and coding. You will train rural and semi-urban youth to secure white-collar jobs, with emphasis on hands-on IT skills and placement coordination.

The role requires 1–2 years of IT training experience, ability to travel to training sites, and strong mentoring and facilitation skills.

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in IT skills training including Advance Excel, Data Analytics, Coding and coordinating training with placements.
• Experience working with rural and semi-urban youth is highly desirable.

• Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation as per project requirements

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) is a non-denominational, non-government organization. AKRSP (I) was established in Gujarat in 1984, and it seeks to contribute to rural poverty reduction through community involvement and empowerment that leads to the efficient management and improved productivity of natural resources.

Role Overview:

AKRSP(I) is seeking dedicated and experienced Employability Skills Trainers to join our team. The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in various employability sectors, including Retail, Digital Marketing, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Advanced Excel, and Power BI, Basic AI and coding. The goal is to equip youth from rural and semi-urban areas with the necessary skills to secure white-collar jobs.

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Computer Science /IT Engineering/BCA/MCA or Technical Diploma in IT, B com, M com)

Experience:

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to different training locations within rural and semi-urban areas.
• Fluency in local languages and dialects is an advantage.
• Passion for youth development and community engagement.

Salary- Salary range Rs. 2.5 to 4.2 Lakh/Annum will be commensurate with experience and educational qualification.
