Job summary

Orion is seeking an Aptitude Skills Trainer to teach arithmetic and reasoning concepts to high school and college students. The role requires strong mathematical foundations and proven training experience, with a focus on mentoring and coaching.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in teaching/training, with 2+ years specifically as an Aptitude trainer, and should be willing to travel to remote locations across India. B.Ed. holders are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or Engineering; additional education/training qualifications welcome.
• Proven trainer experience focused on Arithmetic and Reasoning with strong math concepts.
• 4+ years teaching/training/counselling high-school and college students; at least 2 years as an aptitude trainer.
• Industry professional with training acumen and 2–4 years as an Aptitude Training expert.
• B.Ed. holders will be given preference.
• Willingness to travel to remote locations across India.
• Mentoring mindset: train, coach, and mentor.
• Content creation experience is a plus.

Aptitude Skills Trainer

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or an Engineering degree in any stream. Other qualifications in education or training will be an advantage
• Proven experience as a trainer, specifically focusing on Arithmetic and Reasoning modules. Strong command of Arithmetic principles, Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, and Data interpretation concepts
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in teaching/training/counselling high-school and college students with at least 2 years of experience as an Aptitude trainer
• Industry professional with training acumen and 2-4 years of experience as an Aptitude Training expert
• Trainers with a B.Ed. Degree will be given preference
• Trainers should be ready to travel to remote locations within India
• Trainers should have a mentoring mindset, they will be expected to train, coach, and mentor
• Trainers with content creation experience will have an added advantage
