Job summary

JobItUs is looking for a dedicated warehouse associate in Bharuch District, Gujarat, to manage inventory and material handling efficiently. Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, issuing stock for production, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with safety and GMP standards.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or formulation warehouse preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store materials as per SOPs.
• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and housekeeping in warehouse areas.
• Support periodic stock counts and audits.
• Follow safety, quality, and GMP guidelines at all times.
