Job summary

Quality Engineering in Mumbai is seeking a QA professional with excellent communication and hands-on experience with life insurance applications, including SIT and UAT. The role emphasizes documenting life insurance processes, creating test artefacts, and coordinating with IT and business teams during daily testing tasks.

You will conduct system integration, functional testing and user acceptance testing, manage defects and incident knowledge, and collaborate effectively with a shift-based team

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to Life Insurance Projects and testing dynamics.
• Experience with Life Insurance applications and testing types (SIT/UAT).
• Ability to coordinate with IT & business teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of Life Insurance processes and artefacts.
• Writing SIT/UAT test cases and executing them.
• Defect resolution and follow-up on actions.
• System integration testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage incidents, knowledge, and changes related to testing.
