Job summary

A leading testing solutions provider is seeking candidates for a role involving functional testing in the insurance domain. Responsibilities include leading walkthroughs, preparing test scenarios, and executing SIT and UAT phases. Strong experience with Life Asia and Ingenium, among others, is required. The position is located in Navi Mumbai, with walk-in interviews scheduled for October 11th, 2025.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the full Functional Testing Lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Life and General Insurance (India) domain.
• Excellent communication and logical thinking skills.
• Experience with RTM creation and test data management.
• Ability to lead test walkthroughs with stakeholders and coordinate defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Review BRD/FSD and create Test Scenarios & Test Cases.
• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Lead Test Pack Walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Identify and select Regression Test Cases.
• Execute SIT & UAT phases.
• Create/maintain Test Data including dynamic inputs via formulas/DB queries.
