The role requires 6-7 years in software testing, strong insurance knowledge, and hands-on experience with policy administration systems, including Ingenium.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of software testing and QA experience.
• Strong Insurance domain knowledge, including policy issuance and servicing.
• Experience with Life Insurance applications.
• Hands-on with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Ingenium).
• Strong testing types: functional, integration, regression, and UAT support.
• Experience in defect management and test reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Prepare test strategy, plans, and execution reports.

Test Lead-Ingenium

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in the Insurance Domain, specifically in New Business Processes, and Policy Administration Systems. The candidate should have proven experience leading testing teams and driving quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects.

Mandatory Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong Insurance Domain knowledge with deep understanding of:
  • Policy Issuance and Policy Servicing
• Experience working on Life Insurance applications.
• Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Ingenium or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT Support.
• Experience in defect management and test reporting.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
