Job summary

EQPM in Mumbai seeks an experienced Program Leader to drive end‑to‑end Life Insurance programs at the customer site. You will lead a team, manage milestones, and ensure SLAs and quality. Immediate joining is expected.

The role requires 13–15 years as a TM or senior program leader, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep SDLC/QA governance knowledge. On-site engagement with the customer is required.

Qualifications

• Life Insurance domain knowledge is required.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and delivery governance models.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and commercial aspects of engagements.
• 13–15 years of experience as a TM or equivalent senior role.

• Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently.
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Keeping track of new requirements from the project.
• Coordinate with users for inputs, review, and approvals.
• Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation.
• Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects.
• Ensure adherence to test processes.
• Daily defect discussions.
• Managing and monitoring work of team.
• Own and manage end‑to‑end project/program delivery in line with agreed SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

Must have Life Insurance domain experience (NB, CS, Claims, Maturity, Underwriting, Front end apps). Project leader with a strong driving attitude to run programs end‑to‑end and manage P&L aspects. Drives innovations (P2) and is comfortable discussing AI related aspects intelligently with the customer. Should have a thorough understanding of the Life Insurance domain. Urgent requirement – should be able to join immediately at the customer location. 13–15 years of experience as a TM.
