Job summary

QualityKiosk in Mumbai, India is seeking a QA tester to support Life Insurance platform testing. You will document processes, write SIT/UAT test cases, and coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure quality releases.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and experience with Life Insurance projects and digital platform testing. You will contribute to defect resolution and work in a cross-functional team with shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Life Insurance projects.
• Exposure to digital platform testing.
• Experience in SIT/UAT test design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Document Life Insurance processes and artefacts.
• Write SIT and UAT test cases and execute them.
• Coordinate with external IT and business stakeholders.
• Log defects and follow up on actions.
• Work on Life Insurance applications with system integration, functional and user acceptance testing.
• Experience in incident, interaction, problem, change and knowledge management.
• Ability to work in a team with shift.
