Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. in Gurugram seeks an experienced QA professional with 5-9 years of QA/Testing background and deep Life Insurance domain knowledge. The role covers PAS-related projects, SDLC governance, and test management across migrations and modernization efforts.

You will perform test planning, execution, defect management, and ensure quality governance while collaborating with business stakeholders and on-site/offshore teams. Strong tooling with JIRA, SQL, API testing is required.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of QA/Testing experience with strong Life Insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience in Policy Administration Systems (PAS) implementation, migration, modernization, or support.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, test management, release management, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, database testing, data validation, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in API/Web Services testing using Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
• Involvement in production support, incident management, SLA adherence, and service improvements.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders for requirements validation and UAT support.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
• Knowledge of quality metrics, risk management, audit compliance, and release governance.
