PeopleStrong Pte Ltd is seeking a Test Lead with deep experience in the Insurance domain, focusing on New Business Processes and Policy Administration Systems. You will lead testing across multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential. You will drive test strategies, plan test execution, and oversee UAT and defect management while collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in Software Testing and QA.
• Strong Insurance Domain knowledge including Policy Issuance/Servicing.
• Experience in Life Insurance applications.
• Hands-on with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Ingenium or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Functional, Integration, Regression Testing and UAT Support.
• Experience in defect management and test reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Prepare test strategy, plans, and execution reports.
• Coordinate with BAs, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders.
• Track testing progress, risks and quality metrics.
• Drive release readiness and ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Understand business requirements and translate into test scenarios.
• Ensure end-to-end testing for onboarding and new business journeys.
• Review test cases, results and defect reports.
• Manage test execution timelines and quality deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong Insurance Domain knowledge with deep understanding of:o Policy Issuance and Policy Servicing
• Experience working on Life Insurance applications.
• Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Ingeniumor similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing,and UAT Support.

Leadership Responsibilities
