Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in India is seeking a Trainee-Warehouse to handle receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials and packing materials. You will maintain GMP records, ensure SAP stock accuracy, and support monthly stock reconciliation.

Eligibility includes a BSc in Chemistry and 0–1 year of warehouse exposure. The role emphasizes cGMP adherence, safety, and efficient material handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSc Chemistry degree required.
• 0–1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
• Maintain workplace neat & clean and update GMP documents regularly.
• Raw material issuance & document entries as per SOP.
• Inventory management of all warehouse-related raw materials.
• Prepare reports: Rejection, Retest, Receipt, MIS and cross-check in SAP.
• Support SAP entries for job work and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely submission GRN and Retest notes for all materials.
• Manpower management of casual labors.
• Physical stock verification and monthly variance reconciliation.
• Overall control of all warehouse activities with time management.
