Job summary

Fronius India invites application for a role focused on the exclusive sale of Manual welding systems across our range. You will support the sales team with follow-ups and other sales tasks while gaining hands-on exposure by shadowing service engineers to learn welding basics and equipment maintenance.

You will educate customers on product advantages and conduct training sessions for practical users, building strong customer relationships and contributing to growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical; Fresher or up to 1 year welding-related work experience.
• Good communication, planning & organizing, result orientation, teamwork and ownership.
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office).

• Supporting sales team with tasks related to sales support, such as follow up with customers, etc.
• Shadowing service engineers to learn the basics of welding and good maintenance practices of welding equipment.
• Educating customers of the advantages of our product and also conducting training sessions for the practical users.

Requirements:

• Either Fresher B E Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Production or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical OR a maximum of 1 year of welding related work experience.
