MBW RCM is seeking a Trainee - HR to assist the Talent Acquisition team with hiring needs and candidate sourcing. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to joining, using in-house databases, job portals and referrals.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, good interpersonal abilities and MS Office proficiency. MBA/ MSW in HR is preferred.

Competenze

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in HR/Recruitment processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office, preferably Excel.
• Background in HR (MBA/ MSW) preferred.

Job Description

• Assist and support the Talent Acquisition team with hiring needs.
• Source potential candidates from various platforms, like Job Portals, and Social Media platforms.
• Handling the full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
• Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet the business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management.
• Should have knowledge of MS Office, preferably Excel.
• Preferred educational background in Human Resources (MBA/ MSW).
