MBW RCM in Chennai is seeking an AR Caller to support offshore medical billing operations. You will review claim status by calling payers, ask questions, and document responses to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of AR calling experience, solid revenue cycle understanding, and strong communication with a neutral accent. A graduate degree in any field is welcome. This role offers growth and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Should have worked as an AR Caller for 1–4 years with medical billing service providers.
• Good knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management concept.
• Positive attitude to solve problems.
• Ability to absorb client's business rules.
• Knowledge of generating aging report.
• Strong communication skills with a neutral accent.

Responsibilities

• Review the claim allocated and check status by calling the payer or through IVR /Web Portal
• Ask a series of relevant questions depending on the issue with the claim and record the responses
• Prepare call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures by sending necessary documents to Payers
• Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform
• Use appropriate client specific call note standards for documentation
• Adhere to MBW's information security guidelines
• Be in the center of ethical behavior and never on the sidelines
