Job summary

MBW RCM in Chennai is seeking an experienced AR Quality Controller to ensure accuracy across AR processes and support the training team with remediation. You will review work by AR Analysts and Callers, document quality issues, and help maintain our quality management standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an AR quality controller in medical billing, 4–6 years in AR calling/AR analyst roles, and strong knowledge of medical billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Quality Controller in AR for medical billing providers.
• 4–6 years in AR Calling / AR Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes.
• End-to-end healthcare process understanding and audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Review AR Analysts/Callers work and document quality issues.
• Assess call quality on conversational skills and denial resolutions.
• Develop process documentation and assist ISO quality management.
• Provide feedback and coordinate remedial training with the training team.
• Review aging analyses and denial reasons from reports.

Job Description

• Review the work performed by AR Analysts/ Callers and document any quality issues
• Review call quality issues on various parameters such as conversational skills, claims resolution, and voice quality
• Participate in developing process documentation
• Participate in maintaining our Quality Management System for ISO.
• Provide feedback and work with the training team to provide remedial training
• Check the reports developed by AR Analyst/ AR Callers aging analysis, understand days in A/R, top reasons for denials, etc
• Adhere to MBW's information security guidelines
• Be in the center of ethical behavior and never on the sidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have worked as a Quality Controller for AR for at least 5+ years with medical billing service providers
• Should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in AR Calling / AR Analyst.
• Should have very good knowledge in medical billing and confident in process knowledge
• Experience in the end to end Healthcare process/ AR calling audit.
• Adapting to new situation & challenges whenever required
• Good communication & typing skills
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
