Skillsonics India is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics to undergo company-provided technical and practical training. You will be trained in your engineering domain and then placed as a permanent employee to deliver technical training at various project locations.

The program offers a structured learning path, stipend during training and accommodation, and opportunities to progress as a Technical Trainer after successful completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undergo structured technical and practical training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics based on education.
• Develop strong theoretical and hands-on technical knowledge through the training program.
• Learn technical training delivery, practical demonstrations, and trainee engagement.
• Complete the training program and assessments successfully.
• After training, take up responsibilities as a Technical Trainer within the organization.
• Deliver technical training and conduct practical sessions for students/trainees.
• Travel to different project locations as required after training completion.
• Maintain training records, reports and other documentation.
• Coordinate with project and centre teams for effective execution of training programs.
• Follow organizational safety procedures and guidelines.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and training delivery skills.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from Electrical, Mechanical, and Mechatronics Engineering backgrounds.

Selected candidates will undergo company-provided technical and practical training in their respective engineering domain, along with training delivery and practical demonstration skills.

Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be placed as permanent employees within the organization and will be responsible for delivering technical training in their respective domain at various project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured technical and practical training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics, based on the candidate's educational background.
• Develop strong theoretical and hands-on technical knowledge through the company-provided training program.
• Learn and develop skills in technical training delivery, practical demonstrations, and trainee engagement.
