Role Description

The Electrical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bettiah. This role involves delivering practical and theoretical electrical training sessions to youth, following structured curricula aligned with industry standards. The Electrical Trainer will prepare lesson plans, training materials, and demonstrations, and will conduct assessments to track learner progress and provide feedback. The role includes maintaining a safe training environment, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition, and reinforcing electrical safety practices at all times. The Electrical Trainer will also collaborate with program staff to update training content, participate in community outreach when needed, and support learners in becoming job-ready.
